Vital Momentum Consulting (“VMC”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a form we receive the details you provide — such as your name, work email, organization, role and message. We do not use advertising cookies or store a regional preference.

PEP project inquiries also include the product categories, applicable rules, declaration scope, planned PEP count, registration experience, LCA provider or consultant, software, database and context you choose to share. Short freelance applications include your country/time zone, self-declared accreditation reference, working languages, expertise and optional availability. We record your acknowledgment of this processing. Do not submit confidential product data, identity documents or banking information through these website forms.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request and keep you informed when you ask us to. We do not sell personal data.

We use PEP project inquiries to qualify requests, coordinate follow-up and manage potential verification engagements. We use freelance applications to create or associate a reviewer invitation, send the full application link and assess suitability for the network. An invitation is not approval or a guarantee of work.

Where it is processed

Form submissions are processed on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. General contact enquiries are delivered to our team by email. PEP project inquiries and short freelance applications are stored in PEP Manager for administrator-only management; invitation emails link candidates to their authenticated full application. These records are not a public directory. For enquiries from the Philippines we handle personal information consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
